The Founder
Inbal Peleg - founder of the VERA Method
Nice to meet you, I'm Inbal Peleg :).
For years, I have explored the connection between voice, communication and influence. I've gathered this knowledge from different angles - as someone involved in communications and sales, as a voice teacher, as a certified coach with a bachelor's degree in psychology, and as a singer.
At the same time, for close to 20 years I have managed Paprika Productions, a company dealing in content, communications and international marketing. In my work I initiate and lead collaborations between government ministries, business organizations and leading companies in Israel and around the world.
I've used my voice to sell ideas, engage partners, lead processes, create connections between people, teach and sing. Along the way I met countless professional, talented and knowledgeable people who didn't always manage to have the influence they wanted. Not because they had nothing to say, but because the way they used their voice didn't reflect their true abilities.
Through this, I understood that voice is much more than a way to convey words. It's a work tool. It affects how we are perceived, the level of trust we inspire, and our ability to lead, persuade, create connection and achieve results.
"For years I thought I used my voice to speak. Today I know I use it to build trust, lead people and achieve results. The voice is a work tool."
From this understanding, the VERA Method was born - a method combining four key components: Voice, Expression, Resonance, Action - offering practical tools for improving communication, presence and influence.
The goal of the VERA Method is not to teach people to speak more nicely. The goal is to help them use their voice more precisely, to create better communication, have more influence, and achieve the goals that matter to them - in personal and professional life.
What's unique about VERA comes from combining worlds that don't usually meet: professional knowledge of voice training and singing, psychological and coaching understanding of people and change processes, and the business experience I've gained over the years in communications, marketing and partnerships. This combination allows us to view voice not only as a tool for expression, but also as a tool for understanding people, creating connections, and achieving goals.
I believe our voice doesn't only reflect who we are. It can also help us change. It reveals habits and communication patterns we're not always aware of, and allows us to identify where we are precise, where we convey a message that doesn't match our intention, and how we can create real change.
In VERA workshops and lectures, participants are exposed to up-to-date research on voice and learn how to use it more consciously and precisely. They discover how voice affects how others perceive them, how to identify the messages conveyed by their own voice and by the voices of others, and how to use this knowledge to improve professional skills such as leadership, sales, service, teaching, public speaking, negotiation and teamwork.
In personal coaching processes, the work is deeper and more personal. Through voice we identify automatic patterns and habits that don't serve us, discover blocks and gaps between what we want to convey and what actually comes across, and use voice as a tool for creating change - not just in how we speak, but also in how we think, feel and act.
I invite you to get to know the VERA Method and discover how a change in the way we use our voice can lead to a change in how we communicate, influence and act in the world.
