The VERA Method
Voice, Expression, Resonance, Action
We use our voice every day. The question is whether it's really working in our favor.
The VERA Method teaches how to use your voice more consciously, precisely and effectively - to improve communication, influence and results in your personal and professional life.

Our voice affects the way we are perceived, the trust we inspire, and our ability to lead, persuade, connect and achieve results.
But it also tells us something about ourselves. It reveals when we're confident, when we hesitate, when we're connected to what we're saying and when we're not.
For example -
✔ When we lack confidence - our voice volume tends to drop.
✔ When we're angry - our speech pace changes.
✔ When we're truly connected to what we're saying - others feel it too.
The good news is that the voice isn't fixed. It's shaped by imitation, habits, life experiences and communication patterns, so it can be trained to be used more consciously and precisely.
Research shows that our voice affects how others perceive us, the level of trust they place in us, and our ability to lead, persuade and connect.
What can you achieve with the VERA Method?
The Four Pillars of the VERA Method
The VERA Method provides practical tools to improve communication, leadership, influence, listening and the ability to lead people and processes - at work and in personal life, through four pillars:
Voice
Understand how I sound and expand the ways I can use my voice.
Expression
Learn to accurately convey my intention, emotion and motivation.
Resonance
Understand how to adapt speech to the situation and to whoever I'm speaking with, and how to create the right impact.
Action
Turn better expression and communication into better results.
